Heritage endeavours to stock a great range of labels that represents the overall culture within surfing.

Given the growth of major surf companies over the years, in a great many instances, it has been at the expense of many iconic labels and brands.

It's not that these brands aren't available, it's just that in the competitive nature of the larger companies as we now know them, the small unique labels have been overshadowed - for the larger companies, if they don't make it, they don't stock it.

At Heritage, our goal is to seek and stock as many of these classic labels and brands as is possible and to the best of our ability, maintain their deserved place within our culture.

There are also a great many new and exciting brands with a similar ethos toward the culture and spirit of surfing that we will also stock and support at Heritage.

Wetsuits

Patagonia

Patagonia Wetsuits: Warmer, More Environmentally Conscious

Patagonia wetsuits use the highest quality Japanese neoprene. It has a 98% closed-cell ratio, which adds dead air space and with it, warmth.

The patented fabric construction incorporates a suit lining that blends merino wool with recycled polyester to trap more insulative dead-air space and quickly wick moisture away from your skin.

As a result, the R2 suit will keep you warm in water ranging from 55 to 65 degrees, R3s will keep you surfing when water temps range between 48 and 55 degrees and the new R4 allows uninhibited surfing in frigid water ranging from 38 to 48 degrees.

We use chlorine-free wool, recycled polyester, PVC-free kneepads and thinner neoprene layers (without sacrificing warmth retention) to reduce our impact on the environment.

Fox

Fox is a wetsuit label that has been manufacturing in Australia since 1978. In a day and age when most wetsuits are manufactured overseas and imported into Australia, Fox continued to maintain their integrity by importing only the highest quality rubber from Japan, and manufacturing here in Australia.

Their quality garments cover all aspects in regard to wetsuit manufacture and include steamers, spring suits, short johns, long johns, vests, rash vests, heatseeker vests, wetshorts and all other associated rubber garments.

As Fox is manufactured here in Australia, custom orders are something that they pride themselves on, as they do in respect to guarantees for their suits and a great repair service.

O'Neill

Jack O'Neill is the founder of O'Neil surf shop, opening his first surf shop in Santa Cruz, California in 1959. O'Neill are now synonymous with quality westsuits, accessories and clothing.

Imperial

Imperial is a label that was well and truly born within the spirit of the retro revolution and currently makes wetsuits that herald the classic lines of years gone by.

Smooth rubber vests, beaver tail vests and front zip vests are the absolute specialty of Imperial. A wetsuit that once again, is manufactured here in Australia.
